About the Role

Englobe is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Atlantic Canada. As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with managers and employees to support the achievement of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR expertise and assistance to managers in people management, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR programs and solutions to meet the needs of our business units.
  • Drive HR compliance, work injury follow-up, and ensure consistency of HR practices and policies.
  • Identify development needs for employees and recommend solutions to resolve situations.
  • Provide coaching and counsel to management on employee relations, including disciplinary and performance issues.
  • Participate in talent identification programs, coordinate succession plans, and support workforce planning.
  • Manage the talent acquisition life cycle, including job description development, candidate screening, and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bilingualism (French) is mandatory.
  • Excellent English oral and writing skills.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in an HR client service-facing position and/or involvement in recruitment activities.
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • Knowledge of Employment Standards Acts, Human Rights, Labour Laws, and Health and Safety.
  • Member of the Chartered Human Resources Profession (or CPHR Candidate) is an asset.
  • A strong sense of continuous learning, fact-finding, and ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety.
