The job requires leading a team of Associate Account Executives (AAEs) to create qualified opportunities for the sales team. You will be responsible for training other members of the team and taking on operational and administrative tasks to help the AAE team perform and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure team members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring weekly 1:1s.
  • Help build the careers of AAEs so they can become Account Executives or Account Managers in the future.
  • Work closely with Operations and other members of the revenue leadership team to improve opportunity management, governance and qualification processes.
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing, Program Managers, and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into a qualified pipeline.
About the Role:
  • This remote position requires you to be located in the United States or Canada.
  • You should have excellent spoken and written English. Bilingual preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the DevOps space is required.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and sales operations and/or marketing automation software is preferred.
  • An understanding of B2B software and the developer product space is preferred.
  • You should be passionate about technology and learning more about Octopus Deploy and DevOps.
Compensation:

The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as a minimum of 25 days annual leave, up to 10 days of paid sick and carers leave, 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave with flexible return options, generous health care, dental and vision, 401K matching, pension contributions of up to 5%, and stock options.

Hiring Process:
