This pivotal role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and project management expertise to ensure successful delivery of our transformational strategy.

About the Opportunity
This key position involves overseeing the EPMO team vision, planning, and execution while applying best practices for development, delivery, and support of our Enterprise Portfolio Plan (EPP). You will establish and maintain project governance standards, prioritize projects, allocate resources efficiently, and manage interdependencies among projects. Additionally, you will foster growth and development of team members, promote a collaborative culture, and communicate the vision, mission, and strategic goals of the EPMO to the team.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the EPMO team in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives
• Establish and maintain project governance standards, including policies, procedures, and frameworks
• Prioritize projects, allocate resources, and manage interdependencies among projects
• Foster growth and development of team members through coaching, mentoring, and opportunities for professional development
• Communicate the vision, mission, and strategic goals of the EPMO to the team and stakeholders

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and leadership
• Proven enterprise-level solutions-oriented results and decision-making skills with a focus on strategic thinking
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, problem-solving, interpersonal, and team management skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex concepts in understandable terms
• Attention to detail, organizational/time management, and self-development skills
• Ability to balance risk, cost, and benefit while maintaining customer service orientation
• Extensive transformational knowledge and experience, including experience with advisory companies
