Senior Payroll Specialist Role Overview

At ADP, we're seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional payroll services to our clients, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing support.

Job Summary:

The Senior Payroll Specialist will work closely with clients to understand their unique payroll needs and provide tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing client requirements and configuring payroll systems accordingly
  • Training and testing with clients to ensure successful go-live
  • Managing multiple accounts throughout the implementation process
  • Identifying and resolving project risks and escalations
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of payroll experience or relevant field expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
