ADP, Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Payroll Project Manager to join their team in the implementation organization.

Job Summary:

The Technical Payroll Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of payroll projects from setup to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company regulations. This role demands a solid foundation in project management, technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement ADP's Workforce Now (WFN) methodology for clients, guaranteeing accurate and compliant Time system settings.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal team members on payroll configuration, analysis, and testing.
  • Assist in designing and delivering training programs for clients and internal team members on WFN implementation methodology and Time system configurations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and prioritize project tasks, allocate resources, and track progress against project milestones.
  • Risk Management: Escalate critical issues to senior leadership as necessary and develop contingency plans to address potential project disruptions.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery.
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in payroll implementation projects.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of technical experience or relative field.
  • Effective communication: verbal and written skills in English and French.
  • Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor, be resourceful, and be a strong team player.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
