Technical Implementation Consultant for Payroll Solutions

At ADP, our Implementation organization provides cutting-edge payroll, HR, time and attendance, and benefits solutions to major and national accounts. As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you will be accountable for all aspects of assigned payroll and workforce now account setup, including analysis, configuration, validation, issue resolution, process training, initial live run(s) support, and turnover to Client Services.
The role demands a solid foundation in project management given the size and complexity of the accounts assigned. You must be capable of successfully implementing new business, platform conversions, and existing account reconfiguration while ensuring high client satisfaction and maintaining productivity regardless of the processing platform or client-facing application involved.
You will work with medium to large-sized organizations, with no limit on complexity or feature/functionality usage of the client. Your technical expertise will be required to provide support and guidance to clients and internal team members on payroll configuration, analysis, and testing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement and set up ADP's workforce now methodology for clients, ensuring accurate and compliant time system configurations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal team members on payroll configuration, analysis, and testing.
- Assist in designing and delivering training programs for clients and internal team members on workforce now implementation methodology and time system configurations.
- Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate critical issues to senior leadership as necessary.
- Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of technical experience or related field
- Effective communication: verbal and written skills in English and French
- Excellent client management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as a mentor, be resourceful, and be a strong team player
Benefits:
- Base salary offers for this position range from $55,300 to $110,500 per year, depending on location, skills, and relevant experience
- Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions
