As a Senior Implementation Specialist, Payroll Solutions at ADP, you will play a vital role in delivering enterprise-level services to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to implement and configure ADP's WFN implementation methodology, ensuring seamless integration with clients' payroll systems. You will work closely with clients to analyze their payroll requirements, configure and validate their WFN environment, and provide comprehensive training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure quality implementation and setup of ADP's WFN implementation methodology.
  2. Analyze and configure client payroll requirements to set up their WFN environment.
  3. Train, test, and validate client WFN environment before go-live.
  4. Manage client accounts from project initiation to completion, providing ongoing support and issue resolution.
  5. Manage project risks and escalate to resolution.
  6. Meet project milestones and deadlines, achieving positive customer satisfaction outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or related business experience.
  • PCP certification (an asset) or fundamental NPI courses.
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll or a related field.
  • Effective communication skills in English and French (verbal and written).
  • Proven experience working directly with clients.
  • Exceptional client management and interpersonal skills.
