Job Summary

ADP is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist for Payroll Solutions to join our team. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for the quality implementation and setup of ADP's Workforce Now (WFN) implementation methodology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and configure client payroll needs to properly set up the client's WFN environment.
  • Train, test, and validate with the client before participating in the first 'LIVE' payroll processing run.
  • Manage various accounts from project initiation and support the client through all phases of the implementation.
  • Manage project risks and escalations to resolution.
  • Provide timely follow-up and resolution of open project-related items.
  • Meet project task milestones and due dates.
  • Achieve positive customer satisfaction outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with customers and team members to achieve desired project results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of payroll experience or relative field.
  • Effective communication: verbal and written skills in English & French.
  • Previous experience working directly with clients.
  • Excellent client management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, resourceful, and be a strong team player.
  • Knowledge of Excel.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matched retirement savings, wellness program, short-and long-term disability, charitable contribution match, holidays, personal days & vacation, paid volunteer time off, and more. The compensation for this role is $83,375 per year.
