Seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at ADP. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring our Workforce Now (WFN) platform for clients, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure WFN for clients, including analysis, configuration, and validation.
  • Provide training and support to clients before their first 'LIVE' payroll processing run.
  • Manage multiple accounts from project initiation to completion, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of open project-related items.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and team members to achieve desired project results.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of payroll experience or related field.
  • Effective communication: verbal and written skills in English and French.
  • Previous experience working directly with clients.
  • Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be a strong team player.
  • Knowledge of Excel.
