About the Job

We are currently seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist, Payroll-HRTech to join our dynamic Implementation team. This role will be at the forefront of delivering enterprise-level services such as Payroll, HR, Time and Attendance, and Benefits Solutions to Major and National accounts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality implementation and setup of ADP's WFN implementation methodology
  • Analyze, configure, and understand client Payroll requirements to properly set up their WFN environment
  • Conduct training, testing, and validation with clients before participating in the first go-live
  • Manage multiple accounts from project initiation, supporting clients through all phases of implementation
  • Handle project risks and escalations to resolution
  • Provide timely follow-up and resolution of open project-related items
  • Meet project task milestones and due dates while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with customers and team members to achieve desired project results

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education or related business experience
  • PC certification (an asset) or fundamental NPI courses
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll or a related field
  • Effective communication skills in English and French, verbal and written
  • Proven experience working directly with clients
  • Exceptional client management and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and as a strong team player
  • Proficiency in Excel

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between $75,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
