Reliability Excellence Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Manager to join our team at Paper Excellence. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading and executing our reliability excellence/maintenance program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reliability Excellence Program Lead: Develop and implement proactive maintenance approaches to ensure cost-beneficial outcomes for the business.
- Asset Criticality Specialist: Rank the criticality of assets under your care using Reliability Centered Maintenance approaches.
- Predictive Maintenance Administrator: Identify and implement predictive maintenance technologies to optimize equipment performance.
- Maintenance Program Administrator: Administer programs such as thermography, vibration analysis, and lube oil monitoring, including vendor selection, program scheduling, analysis review, and corrective action follow-up.
- Operational Event Investigator: Conduct investigations to identify root causes and prescribe corrective actions.
- Auditor: Conduct periodic and as-needed audits to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance effectiveness, cost savings, and energy conservation.
- Project Participant: Participate in the planning, design review, value management, and construction document development of new facilities and renovations.
- Financial Analyst: Perform life-cycle financial modeling of developed technical solutions.
