About the Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Manager to join our team at Paper Excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing our reliability excellence/maintenance program, ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Conduct criticality assessments of assets using Reliability Centered Maintenance approaches and define cost-beneficial maintenance approaches.
- Identify and implement predictive maintenance technologies to improve equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs.
- Administer programs such as thermography, vibration analysis, and lube oil monitoring, including vendor selection, program scheduling, analysis review, and corrective action follow-up.
- Investigate operational events and equipment failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular program and system/equipment audits to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance effectiveness, cost savings, and energy conservation.
- Participate in the planning, design review, value management, and construction document development of new facilities and renovations.
- Perform life-cycle financial modeling of developed technical solutions to ensure optimal return on investment.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering and maintenance management, with experience in leading and executing reliability excellence/maintenance programs. They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and leadership abilities.
