About the Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Manager to join our team at Paper Excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing our reliability excellence/maintenance program, ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Conduct regular asset criticality assessments using Reliability Centered Maintenance approaches to identify areas for improvement.
- Administer predictive maintenance programs, including vendor selection, program scheduling, analysis review, and corrective action follow-up.
- Investigate operational events and equipment failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular program and system/equipment audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the planning and design of new facilities and renovations to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain life-cycle financial models to evaluate the effectiveness of technical solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in reliability engineering and maintenance management.
- Strong knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance approaches and predictive maintenance technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
