Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Manager to join our team at Paper Excellence. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading and executing our reliability excellence/maintenance program.
Key Responsibilities
- Rank the criticality of assets under your care using Reliability Centered Maintenance approaches and define proactive maintenance approaches that benefit the business.
- Identify and implement predictive maintenance technologies to improve equipment reliability.
- Administer programs such as thermography, vibration analysis, and lube oil monitoring, including vendor selection, program scheduling, analysis review, and corrective action follow-up.
- Investigate operational events and equipment failures to identify root causes and prescribe corrective actions.
- Conduct program and system/equipment audits to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance effectiveness, cost savings, and energy conservation.
- Participate in the planning, design review, and construction document development of new facilities and renovations.
- Perform life-cycle financial modeling of developed technical solutions.
