Reliability Program Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Manager to join our team at Paper Excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing our reliability excellence/maintenance program, ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement proactive maintenance approaches to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Identify and implement predictive maintenance technologies to improve asset reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
- Administer programs such as thermography, vibration analysis, and lube oil monitoring to ensure optimal asset performance.
- Conduct root cause analyses of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Perform audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, as well as maintenance effectiveness and cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and implement new facilities and renovations.
- Develop and maintain life-cycle financial models to optimize technical solutions.
