Reliability Program Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Manager to join our team at Paper Excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing our reliability excellence/maintenance program, ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement proactive maintenance approaches to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Identify and implement predictive maintenance technologies to improve asset reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
- Administer programs such as thermography, vibration analysis, and lube oil monitoring to ensure optimal asset performance.
- Conduct root cause analyses of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new facilities and renovations that meet our reliability and maintenance needs.
- Perform life-cycle financial modeling of developed technical solutions to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in reliability engineering and maintenance management.
- Strong knowledge of reliability centered maintenance (RCM) principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective maintenance strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
