Industrial Sales Director for Valves and Fittings

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Sales Director to lead our valve and fitting sales efforts in the Edmonton region. This role requires a strong understanding of the industrial PVF market and the ability to drive sales growth through strategic partnerships and customer relationships.
About the JobThis is a key leadership position within our organization, responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth through new business development and account management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and maximize revenue potential
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in sales within an industrial setting
- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading sales teams to achieve top-line and bottom-line results
- Strong sales leadership capabilities, including direct selling proficiency and mentorship skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Comfortable with travel within the Alberta market
- Valid driver's license required
The estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
