Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join GoodLife Fitness as an Assistant General Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional employee and member experience.

About the Role

The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for training, coaching, and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. You will have complete ownership of the new member experience, building a team that provides exceptional service and support to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate your team on sales and relationship-building techniques to drive new memberships and contribute to the financial health of the company.
  • Support the General Manager in day-to-day oversight and management of the club, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the team to set and achieve individual and team goals, driving business growth and success.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous sales experience and a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate diverse teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Passion for helping others and a commitment to personal health and fitness.
