Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Associate at Best Western Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest information.
  • Reservations Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies and room assignments.
  • Guest Services: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, offer recommendations on local attractions, and assist guests with special needs.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and process guest payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
