Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in payroll administration? We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join our team at Iovate, a dynamic nutrition company based in Oakville, Ontario.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering payroll via third-party providers, preparing and submitting weekly payroll using the Ceridian Dayforce system, and maintaining accurate employee personnel files. They will also assist with benefit administration, tax and wage statements, and yearend reconciliations.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with up to 3 years of related Canadian payroll experience, preferably within a consumer-packaged goods environment. A post-secondary education in payroll or a related field is essential, and CPA or CHRP certification/designation is considered an asset.

This is a part-time role with flexible hours, offering a hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of one day per week in the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be proactive, and able to manage change in a fast-paced environment.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, paid vacation, and opportunities for professional development and career growth.
