We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at White Spot Penticton. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. They will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have attention to detail, be able to work under pressure, and possess excellent time management skills. They will also be required to have a client-focused approach, be dependable, flexible, and a team player.
BenefitsAs a valued member of our team, you will receive a comprehensive health care plan, parking available, and a permanent work term with 35 to 40 hours per week. The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
