As a Clinical Practice Nurse – Registered Nurse (RN) with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers high-quality patient care to our community.

The successful candidate will have a post-graduate course in ICU nursing or equivalent experience and be registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM). The ideal candidate will also possess strong leadership skills and be able to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide independent nursing services to patients, including administration of prescribed medical treatments and coordination of patient care and discharge.
  • Assume a leadership role within the healthcare team and provide guidance and support to other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Current CRNM registration required.
  • Active participation in professional associations, such as the Association of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM), preferred.
  • Annual BLS Level C Registration/Re-Registration required.

  • A competitive salary range of $40.616 - $49.826 per hour, based on experience.
  • An annual full-time incentive of up to $2,000 per year until 2024, as per MOU #31 of the current MNU collective agreement.
