Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, is essential, as well as familiarity with the MS Office suite, especially Outlook and virtual documentation.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Account Management: Ensure client satisfaction and the quality of services provided.
  • Effective Customer Service: Provide diligent follow-up to both internal and external clients, resolving their issues and addressing their needs.
  • Proactivity and Data Accuracy: Anticipate client needs and ensure information accuracy.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Act proactively to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
  • Compliance with Standards and Regulations: Adhere to policies, procedures, and standards in our warehouses (including safety, BRCGS, HACCP, etc.).
  • Goals and Continuous Improvement: Contribute to achieving objectives and continuous performance improvement.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with our multidisciplinary teams across different time zones.
  • Handling Complaints: Manage requests in collaboration with relevant parties.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Provide necessary data for report preparation and adhere to current standards, regulations, and corporate policies.
