Role Profile: French Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

**Note** Candidate must be fluent in both English and French.


Position Requirements: This role necessitates the professional handling of substantial quantities of incoming emails and phone calls, maintaining diligent records of all customer interactions and documentation, and proficiently managing customer complaints by implementing suitable solutions and alternatives within imposed time restrictions. It requires a proven history of customer representative experience, distinguished by a record of surpassing quotas.


Primary Responsibilities include:

  1. Proficiently handling substantial volumes of incoming correspondence and phone calls.
  2. Collaborating with freight companies to discuss quotes for product shipping.
  3. Identifying and addressing the diverse needs of customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  4. Constructing sustainable relationships and instilling trust within customer accounts by utilizing open and interactive communication.
  5. Provision of accurate, valid, and comprehensive information through the appropriate methods or tools.
  6. Deftly managing customer complaints by providing suitable solutions and alternatives within the stipulated time limits.
  7. Diligently storing records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing relevant documentation.
  8. Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.


Essential Skills:

  1. Proficiency in customer support or experience as a Client Service Representative
  2. Proven record of surpassing quotas.
  3. Excellent phone contact handling skills with an ability to listen actively.
  4. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  5. Proficiency in multi-tasking, prioritizing, and effective time management.
