Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn, Ottawa East. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing leadership to our front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
  • Guest Service: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Operations: Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
