About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn, Ottawa East. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Lead and motivate a team of guest service agents to deliver outstanding customer service
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
    • Ensure that all guest interactions are friendly, professional, and respectful
  • Operations and Administration
    • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the guest service team
    • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and improve overall hotel operations
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 2 years of experience in a guest service or hospitality leadership role
    • Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
