Equinix, Inc. is a global leader in digital infrastructure, and we're seeking a skilled HR Insights Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Workforce Insights Team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business success through data-driven insights and strategic workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to drive business growth and improve organizational performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop insights-driven solutions
  • Design and implement data analytics tools and processes to support workforce planning and decision-making
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to HR leaders and business stakeholders on workforce planning and analytics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workforce planning and analytics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
