Job Summary

Equinix, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled HR Insights and Planning Advisory Manager to join our global Workforce Insights Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through data-driven insights and strategic workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce planning and analytics initiatives to drive business growth and improve organizational performance.
  • Collaborate with HR Functional Teams, Client Services, and Talent Org to identify and understand business-related people insight and planning requirements.
  • Design and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support leadership and executive decision-making.
  • Partner with Advanced Analytics capability to support HR and the Business in leveraging WFI products to generate holistic insights and workforce plans.
  • Operate as an insight and planning SME for 1 or 2 functional domains, e.g., Talent Acquisition or Workforce Planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, supported by relevant quantitative experience.
  • Experience engaging and supporting customers across multiple projects and driving change and impact.
  • Strong expertise in understanding and diagnosing business problems, and leveraging data to solve these problems.
  • Ability to tell a compelling, meaningful story with data to influence decision-making.
  • Experience with a variety of data analysis tools, techniques, and outputs, e.g., dashboards, models, reports, etc.
