Job Title: HR Insights Manager

Equinix, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Insights Manager to join our global Workforce Insights Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes and improve employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven insights to inform HR strategy and business decisions
  • Collaborate with HR Functional Teams and business leaders to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities
  • Design and deliver strategic analysis and insights to support HR and business initiatives
  • Partner with Workforce Analytics and Planning teams to leverage data and analytics to drive business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or related field
  • Proven track record of delivering strategic insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with HR systems, data analytics tools, and business intelligence platforms
