At Equinix, we're transforming HR into a strategic partner that drives business growth. We're seeking a seasoned HR Insights and Planning Advisory Manager to join our global Workforce Insights Team.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in workforce analytics and planning to drive business impact. As an HR Insights and Planning Advisory Manager, you'll partner closely with our HR Functional Groups to deliver business-ready insights, workforce plans, and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic insight materials and recommendations aligned with key business and talent motions.
  • Collaborate with HR Functional Teams, Client Services, and Talent Org to identify and understand business-related people insight and planning requirements.
  • Produce enterprise-wide and business-specific insight materials and supporting recommendations to enable Functionally Aligned Teams and the business to act.
  • Lead executive reporting for enterprise strategic initiatives, monitoring performance, making recommendations, and driving actions.
  • Partner with Advanced Analytics capability to support HR and the Business in leveraging WFI products to generate holistic insights and workforce plans.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, supported by relevant quantitative experience.
  • Experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, strategy, or management consulting.
  • Strong expertise in understanding and diagnosing business problems and leveraging data to solve these problems.
  • Ability to tell a compelling story with data to influence decision-making and drive business impact.
