Job Title: Office Administrator
About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team at Gujarati Foods, Sweets, Snacks & Catering Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks: The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Office Management: This role will involve co-ordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: The Office Administrator will assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Communication: The successful candidate will assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Security and Safety: This role requires the candidate to have basic security clearance.
- Work Environment: The Office Administrator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, and reliability
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, permanent position, 35 hours per week, working in English
