Job Description:

At Reign, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead our organizational growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in allocating resources, establishing departments, and representing the organization in various functions. They should be able to select and empower senior staff, create optimal working conditions, and establish financial and administrative controls.

We offer a competitive salary of $145,000 per annum, taking into account the fast-paced environment and 32 hours workweek. This role is perfect for someone with 3 years to less than 5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimal working conditions.
  • Financial Planning: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
