About the Role:
Amii seeks an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to drive financial growth and strategic impact. As a key member of the executive team, you will oversee financial strategies, ensure alignment with our mission, and lead the finance, IT, and administration teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure transparency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Facilitate board and board committees governance process, ensuring compliance with corporate laws.
- Lead and mentor the finance, IT, and administration teams to achieve high performance and foster a collaborative culture.

Requirements:
- Extensive financial leadership experience, ideally in technology or mission-driven organizations.
- Proven experience as a strategic partner to CEOs and executive teams.
- Expertise in developing risk management frameworks and ensuring organizational compliance.
- Strong negotiation skills with external stakeholders and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
