Job Description

Scooly Technology is seeking a highly skilled Chief Technology Officer - Strategic Leader to lead our organization in driving technological innovation and strategic growth. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 30-35 hours of work per week.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a seasoned technology leader with expertise in management, product development, and blockchain/AWS technologies.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and representing the organization in official functions.
  • You will also supervise a team of 5-10 people and conduct performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management

Lead cross-functional teams to drive technological innovation and strategic growth.

Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Technical Expertise

Leverage your expertise in blockchain, AWS, and other emerging technologies to drive business growth.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to inform strategic decisions.Budgetary and Financial Management

Manage budgets and financial resources to achieve organizational objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.Security and Compliance

Ensure the organization's security and compliance standards are met.

Implement measures to mitigate risks and protect sensitive information.Benefits

This role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a technology-related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Judgement and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.

Experience:

3+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a technology-related field.

Work Setting:

Willing to relocate to join Scooly Technology.

Salary:

$200,000 - $400,000 per annum (estimated).
