Job Overview

The Senior People & Culture Business Partner will be a key member of our Global People & Culture team, reporting to the Global Head of People & Culture. In this role, you will partner with a business group to champion people and culture initiatives, including diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and engagement programs.

  • Build strong relationships with your business group to drive people and culture strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Advise on and implement HR programs, including performance management, compensation, promotions, and workforce planning.
  • Manage the performance evaluation process as a critical tool to promote a high-performing workplace. Provide coaching to people leaders, working closely with the People Programs team.
  • Ensure seamless transitions and alignment during acquisition and disposition projects within your business group.
  • Participate in major HR projects and strategic initiatives focused on enhancing the employee experience and delivering business results.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives as a member of the global People & Culture team, requiring the ability to think beyond the aligned client group.
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills with a proven ability to develop relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated capacity to think strategically with strong business acumen and deliver tactical solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and working familiarity with various HRIS platforms.
  • Specific experience in global real estate, asset management, or related industries is an advantage.
