We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at PEEL INSURANCE SOLUTIONS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, maintaining a fast-paced environment and working under pressure.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, utilizing excellent written communication skills.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of work.
