Job Title: Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator

InVision Staffing Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Coordinator to join our team. As an HSE Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our clients' employees and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Regional HSE Manager in providing training to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures and protocols.
  • Ensure that all employees receive necessary training and maintain accurate training records.
  • Develop and maintain a training matrix to track employee training and compliance.
  • Track and report on safety observations, incidents, and near misses.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corrective actions to address safety and environmental concerns.
  • Manage and maintain safety files, including incident reports, safety observations, and training records.
  • Coordinate with the Regional HSE Manager to conduct field audits, facility audits, and personnel audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and maintain a regional action item log to track and address safety and environmental concerns.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based computer systems and business software packages such as Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
