Project Estimator Senior

Job Summary:
Hatch is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Estimator Senior to join our Project Controls team in Montreal, QC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate project-specific estimates across the Hatch estimation classification range (FEL1, 2, 3, and 4).
- Ensure compliance with the project lifecycle process, global and regional estimation directives, and first-principle estimation techniques.
Requirements:
- More than 15 years of experience in a first-principle estimation environment, ideally on large multidisciplinary projects in an EPCM environment across various estimation classes.
- Ability to provide guidance for coordinating activities on multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced ability to define, review, and communicate best practices.
- Strong MS Office skills and experience with estimation tools and systems.
- On-site experience, including practical knowledge of D.F.L. and production rates.
- Bilingual French/English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with EPC/LSTK estimation techniques.
- Experience with transborder/foreign estimation.
- Commercial/contractual knowledge.
