We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with a background in industrial and institutional new-build projects to join a reputable construction company in the Greater Montreal Area. Specializing in large-scale industrial and institutional developments, the company has a strong track record of delivering complex projects across multiple cities. The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Estimator with a proven track record in estimating industrial and institutional construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 7-10 years of experience in construction estimation, with a strong background in architecture, engineering, or construction management. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work closely with project managers and clients to ensure estimates meet project goals and budgets.
ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Estimator will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed cost estimates for industrial and institutional construction projects. This will involve reviewing project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine scope, pricing, and required resources. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing estimates for both new builds and existing structure modifications, as well as managing and updating cost databases to ensure consistent and competitive pricing.
CompensationThis role offers a competitive salary between $80K and $110K, depending on experience.
