Senior Estimator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with a background in industrial and institutional new-build projects to join a reputable construction company in the Greater Montreal Area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for industrial and institutional construction projects.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine scope, pricing, and required resources.
  • Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure estimates meet project goals and budgets.
  • Prepare estimates for both new builds and existing structure modifications.
  • Manage and update cost databases to ensure consistent and competitive pricing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver winning bids on large-scale industrial projects.

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in construction estimation, specifically with industrial/institutional new-build projects.
  • A background in architecture, engineering, or construction management is an asset.
  • Proven experience in estimating industrial/institutional construction projects is essential.
