Senior Estimator

**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with a background in industrial and institutional new-build projects to join a reputable construction company in the Greater Montreal Area. The company specializes in large-scale industrial and institutional developments, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects across multiple cities.

**Responsibilities**

* Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for industrial and institutional construction projects.
* Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine scope, pricing, and required resources.
* Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure estimates meet project goals and budgets.
* Prepare estimates for both new builds and existing structure modifications.
* Manage and update cost databases to ensure consistent and competitive pricing.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver winning bids on large-scale industrial projects.

**Requirements**

* 7–10 years of experience in construction estimation, specifically with industrial/institutional new-build projects.
* Proven experience in estimating industrial/institutional construction projects.
* A background in architecture, engineering, or construction management is an asset.
