The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Estimator with a proven track record in estimating industrial and institutional construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 7-10 years of experience in construction estimation, with a strong background in architecture, engineering, or construction management. Industrial and institutional expertise is essential, and the ability to travel within the Greater Montreal Area is required.
ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Estimator will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed cost estimates for industrial and institutional construction projects. This will involve reviewing project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine scope, pricing, and required resources. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and clients to ensure estimates meet project goals and budgets. Additional responsibilities include preparing estimates for new builds and existing structure modifications, managing and updating cost databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver winning bids on large-scale industrial projects.
CompensationThis role offers a competitive salary between $80K and $110K, depending on experience.
