Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Late Night Pizza, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Food Preparation: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop our food service staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budgets and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience at Late Night Pizza.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
