About the Role

This esteemed position is focused on handling electrical project management tasks from inception to close-out. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will contribute significantly to our team's success by overseeing daily operations, resolving issues, and ensuring project compliance with local codes.

  • Prioritize health and safety in all project phases.
  • Participate in pre-construction activities, including pre-bid and on-site meetings, ensuring coordination and adherence to budget and specifications.
  • Plan, execute, and adjust work plans for the electrical division as required.
  • Define project tasks, resource needs, and secure necessary permits.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing project budgets, timelines, and performance, coordinating with stakeholders and site supervisors. You will also lead or assist in project meetings, contract interpretation, and design/build processes.

We are seeking an exceptional individual with a strong track record of successfully completed projects. The ideal candidate will possess a 309A Electrical License, education related to the trade, and minimum 10 years of project supervision experience in the electrical/mechanical/construction environment.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and location-specific factors.
