Agriculture Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Agriculture Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Banking team at NBC. As an Account Manager, Agriculture, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in the agriculture industry, providing them with tailored financial solutions to support their business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in the agriculture sector, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Client Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on financial matters, and ensuring their needs are met through our range of banking products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of experts to deliver exceptional client service, leveraging our collective knowledge and expertise to drive business results.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to inform our business development strategies and ensure we are well-positioned to meet the needs of our clients.
- Education: University certificate or bachelor's degree in a related field, or master's degree in a related field combined with relevant experience.
- Experience: Relevant experience in the agriculture industry, business development, and client portfolio management.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, ability to work in a team, and excellent communication skills.
