Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales and profit objectives with Circle East, Couche Tard, and oversee C&G Quebec channel.
  • Develop and implement customer business plans for assigned customers, aligning category and brand strategies with customer strategies to drive profitability objectives.
  • Have expert knowledge of business trends, market dynamics, economic conditions, customer developments, competitive activities, and historical category learning's to recommend improvements and innovative solutions to trade-based activities.
  • Own the forecasting process, including financial reconciliations, forecast review, critical path development, and report generation.
What You'll Be Working On
  • Champion the delivery of planned volume and profit objectives, consistent with the strategic direction of the business.
  • Efficiently manage information flow between key business contacts, improving the effectiveness of executional proposals and facilitating strong field implementation.
  • Bring to life key business strategies that enhance the position of our brands to consumers, leveraging a superior understanding of customers.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Circle K East, Couche Tard strategies, business plans, practices, and processes to optimize business results.
  • Support and develop Quebec C&G KAM to achieve business targets, growth, and execution.
  • Continuously develop forecasting processes and tools, improving both historical analytics and forward-looking assumptions.
Qualifications
  • Thorough understanding of the marketplace environment impacting the customer, with key skill sets including Strategic Insight, Business Planning, Conflict Management, Savvy Communication, and Influence Management, Financial acumen.
  • Strong selling and negotiating skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal communication skills, an assertive, proactive, and analytical approach with a sales background.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
