Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business operations
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked office
- Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payments
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to information
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Perform data entry to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and timely information
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
Working Conditions:
- Temporary work term
- 44 hours per week
- English language
