**Job Summary**


We are seeking a skilled Electrician - Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Post Consumer Brands. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production lines.


**Responsibilities**



  • Respond to routine breakdowns and repair issues to minimize downtime and ensure high factory reliability
  • Perform quality routine machine and plant maintenance to optimize performance and efficiency
  • Work with the engineering team to meet engineering standards and deliver maintenance KPIs
  • Participate in engineering-focused activities to support manufacturing plant and equipment

**What We Offer**



  • Rotational 8-hour shifts (midnights, afternoons, days)
  • 40 hours of work per week
  • Range of in-house training opportunities
  • $45.32 per hour
  • Afternoon ($0.75) and midnight ($0.90) shift premiums
  • Full benefits and pension

**Requirements**



  • Background in mechanical maintenance with a drive to further develop and learn
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Demonstrated experience in maintenance of busy production lines and mechanical/electrical machinery
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively
  • Understanding of the bigger picture and the needs of the business
