Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment Program Manager, IT to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment function and developing strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment team and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create a recruitment calendar
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the recruitment function
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment activities and key metrics
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role, preferably within Magna
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to effectively manage a service team and develop strong working relationships with employees at all levels
