Job Title: Executive Sous Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Yolks Breakfast. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our dishes, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the kitchen staff, including cooks, chefs, and other support staff.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the head chef and other kitchen staff to plan and execute special events, banquets, and catering services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a sous chef or equivalent position.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, recipe development, and cooking techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
